The shareware edition of CMFiler is fully functional and is equivalent
to the registered edition, in order that prospective registrants may
evaluate the program in its fullest implementation. The shareware
edition is not crippled in any fashion, but does contain usage-sensitive
regristration reminder screens. These screens are easily dispatched,
and in no way indicate or signal any loss of function or capability.
CMFiler has exhibited stable, reliable operation on a variety of
IBM-compatible PC systems, and NoVaSoft has established a reputation for
quickly fixing bugs and implementing user suggestions for improvements.
This history of performance notwithstanding, NoVaSoft makes ABSOLUTELY
NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER as to the suitability or reliability of the
program CMFiler. Evaluator uses CMFiler at own risk, and neither
NoVaSoft nor Charles F. Martin is responsible for any consequences
of use of this program.

Any distributor meeting the criteria defined in the distribution portion
of this VENDINFO.DIZ file is licensed to distribute this shareware
edition of CMFiler. Any individual evaluator or registered user of
CMFiler is authorized and encouraged to distribute this edition to other
potential users.
This shareware edition of CMFiler is licensed to any user for evaluation
for 60 days. After 60 days use, the user is required to pay for
CMFiler or stop using it. CMFiler is not crippled in any way, and
contains no time- or usage-triggered "logic bombs" or loss of
capability. It does contain time- and usage-triggered reminder
screens encouraging the evaluator to honor his/her obligation to
purchase CMFiler under NoVaSoft's copyright claim, but these screens are
easily dispatched and in no way signal any crippling or loss of
function.
Purchase entitles the user to maintain a copy of CMFiler on any
machine he/she uses. Benefits include current registered
edition of CMFiler, printed user manual, bonus diskette containing top
shareware programs from other authors, bonus registered editions of
other NoVaSoft programs, CMFiler updates at any time for $3, $10
commission for each referral that leads to a new registration, and
technical support for one year.
